Bodyshop needed West London

Hi,

My neighbour has reversed into my passenger door.
Car is a E91 335i.
I've been to the BMW approved Action bodyworks who have said it will need a new door.
The culprit wants to do outside of insurance.
I need some recommendations for places that will do a good job that are to the West of London or just outside. Car gets looked after by Birds. But when I called them they wouldn't recommend anyone.
Appreciate any advice, recommendations given.

Can you replace with a new door in colour?

Just buy a good second hand door in the same colour. My wing was dented by an unknown car while parked in the road. I got a quote from a body shop to repair and paint for £450. I found a good second hand wing on eBay for £65 and fitted it myself in an hour.

Personally I would just put it through insurance, why should you have the hassle of arranging a repair when it's not your fault. And what happens if they turn round and refuse to pay..... You'll end up footing the bill.
