I have a view of 10mil homes from my backyard and they're homes are on 2 acres and about 9000sqft. But your money goes far in chino hills....

The problem is the police weren't there to actually witness it, no one knows who actually drove the cars (just who they belong to), and if this went to court it would be one witness vs. the witness from the other side. All they can get its a traffic violation if anything. Since they don't know the drivers its no use really.

We give more rights to people NOT born in the US. Do something like this in another Country and you'll be in jail right on the spot....unless you're some real rich turd or "royal" family member, then you'll get away with anything.
