Question 2007 BMW 335xi Deal Lease

I'm in NYC. I want to get myself in a lease and want to know what are the best prices people are paying for them. Please let me know if you are in a lease, how much you put down and your monthly payments are with these similar configurations. I'm looking for a good deal with 15K a yr.

335xi Sedan
Premium Pkg.
Sport Pkg.
Cold Weather Pkg.
Automatic
Navigation system
Comfort access
Park Distance Control
iPod connection
Montego Blue Paint

Is $600 a month with $3K down for a 15K/yr 2007 335xi a good deal for this package or are there better deals? The $3000 down includes the NYC taxes and all fees up front. I know that the 2008 models are out, but they are giving me this deal because is a leftover off the showroom floor. Please PM me if you know a dealer or know a SA that can give me a good deal to get within the next week or two in the NYC area. I really want a 2008 335xi with these features plus the paddles.

Thanks

use that to negotiate your selling price.

if you're leasing, i would suggest 0 down unless you are really concerned with the difference in monthly payments. reason being, if you sell off/do a lease takeover before the lease is up or total it, that down payment is gone.

look up the current lease rates so you don't get shafted. the lease rate aka MF aka money factor is your interest. there's a base rate issued by BMWNA and a rate quoted by your dealership which includes their mark up. negotiate somewhere in b/w that. some dealers wont budge though so research dealers and sales advisors as well.
