The worrying thing is we share the road with people like this every day.
The guy should have been locked up and his car crushed as this was not
his first offence and judging by his attitude probably not his last. I just hope that the next time he does not injure or kill someone.

Old mate Clinton was very lucky indeed... thought they would have at least pumped him full of 50,000 Volts just to settle him down - he was clearly resisting arrest, and maybe after two or three Taser workouts, a give shot thru the kneecap, as he clearly intended doing a runner..
