Hahaha they are correct unfortunately. I love the color too but i'm ready for something to make it a bit more unique and to flow better with the wheels. It is satin pearl white. It's still too cold to wrap the car but I can take the mirrors inside so I started with getting those out of the way

wow, really good job on the mirrors. btw why satin white? if you're going for a unique look, why not a unique color? not bashing or anything, just wondering

Great question. Well I was originally between satin white or matte blue (leaning towards matte blue since less frequent) but then a member on here was closing his vinyl shop and had a sale. The only color he had for sale that I liked was satin pearl white and he gave me the amount to wrap a car for $380. New it is $680. Honestly I was originally not even sure about wrapping but when that deal popped up I just had to jump on it.

Vinyl wrap easy or difficult to work with? I wanted to wrap my car myself, but wasn't sure if the contours will wrap cleanly. The mirror cover you wrapped looks good

I wouldn't say it's easy but if you've done it before it's not that hard. The mirrors were harder than I expected actually. My passenger side isn't perfect so i'm going to redo that next weekend but the driver side is perfect since I did that one last. This will be my first time wrapping a whole car so we'll see how it goes

Hahaha I know I really didn't want to copy him but like I said it's a deal I couldn't pass up. Luckily he is getting new wheels I think which will probably blow mine out of the water. I think him and I just have very similar taste. Modding clean and oem but still keeping it agressive

i do love your current color but satin white is going to look awesome! i think i like your old wheel setup more. if you wouldve gotten those powder coated or painted another color it wouldve looked great against the white...are you going to wrap the cf splitters and leave the mode lip carbon or leave the splitters as is?

You wrapping the whole thing yourself? Is this the EXACT same color as Jm3as? I've been dying to see this color on an E90. Can't wait for this.

I like these wheels better but yea the old ones were nice. The old company though went out of business and there was no way to get a finish like this done to those wheels which is what ultimately made me sell it. I'm leaving the splitters carbon along with the mode carbon lip. I am debating maybe doing a white strip like the one on performance spoiler on the mode carbon lip though

Nice choice in wrap color. I know a 1 addict member took a few months due to work and other obligations, so how long ? He did enjoy all of the funny looks as he wrapped section-to-section.

I'm a little sad, you have my favorite e90 on here! But as the owner I understand you are switching it up and it will for sure look good with those wheels. Good luck with wrapping!

Honestly no idea but i'll be working on it whenever I get a chance doing sections. I know 3m says to apply when temps are a minimum of 60 so i'm going to do my best to stick to those guidelines. If it's around 50 ish though and I have time i'll get some of it done. It's really all going to come down to how the weather is for the next few weeks for what I can get done

Hahaha i'm hoping it doesn't disappoint too many guys. Hopefully it will look good enough afterwards that it will still be your favorite e90

Very much looking forward to seeing the finished product Peter! And if it all works out I may have some interest in working with you for something I had in mind...
