E92 Uncomfortable drivers seat

Is it just me or does anybody have an issue with the comfort of the drivers seat?

I can feel something at the rear of the seat cushion that initially felt like springs pushing through. It may be some form of stiff wire? I've tried to get my hand up underneath and inside the seat cushion but space is very tight.

Its under warranty as an auc car so any advice would be appreciated.

Warranty = if in doubt take it to the dealer.

This sounds like a warranty item

Thanks Luke.

BMW are brilliant at saying it's fair wear and tear instead of paying for stuff. This happened on the bonnet catch of my old zed.

I may look to gently unpick the stitching.?....?

Doesnt the seat cover slip off? You have sports or normal seats?

You an actually unclip the seat covering underneath the seat at the rear. Managed to squeeze my hand in, the zig zag which I thought was a spring is wiring which appears to be incorporated in the covering for some obscure reason.....

prob a setting on the seat mine felt like tht play with the arrows on the side of the driver seat and tht feeling should adjust
