Car with warranty, MOT at specialist or Sytner BMW?
So my first MOT is coming up since I've had my E92. My previous cars were looked after by a mobile mechanic. For MOTs he would come round, give them a check over, fix anything that would be an issue and then MOT it. Nice and easy.
Now my car has a BMW warranty so I'm inclined to take it to Sytner so should there be any issues under warranty, they could sort. Rather than take it to one place, see issues and then take to BMW. Sytner is around £10 more for an MOT than my local BMW specialist I've used for other work so that's no big deal. I was just wondering what the general consensus of what people do was. |

Interesting one, as I've just been through the same thing. I usually use a local MOT garage, but with my car being under the Mondial warranty, I thought I'd take it to my local BMW dealer. Rybrook in Warwick. £29.99 later and the ticket was printed. Naturally, no advisories.
Tell Sytner that they should price match? |
