I have two available they are interchangeable from L to R....

I purchased to fix my error but never got around to finish the install.

they were tested and ready to install.

I paid 99 each so ill do 80 or 160 for the set

fits e90 e92 and many more from 2003 and up....

Are these what control the left/right/up/down function?

Yes, they r very sensitive to water condensation and usually trigger a failure in your cluster....

so this is necessary to make the light move as the car turns? If i buy a set of headlights that are non-adaptive xenons, all i need is this to work?

no you will need the headlights with the motors to move the projectors....
