Need some help in NM area

Anyone in New Mexico (near the texas boarder, Clovis specifically) who has NCSexpert working who can help me getting working on my laptop. I have window 7 x86, but everything I have followed will not allow me to get it working right. If you guys can reply to me in PMs let me know where you are we can set up a time and payment (beer anyone?).

Are you using the recommended cable? How far do you get in the DIY before you run into trouble? Do you get the black dots in Inpa?
