So, what happens to the fog lights? Will I get a code removing those?

Do these come with the ducts?

you can code them out or leave the bulb and use electric tape to hold it tight somewhere.

No they don't include the air ducts, i ran it without and it looked fine. If you were to run the air ducts you have to do some kind of custom work to mount the driver side duct if you dont have the second 335is oil cooler.

+1 i put electrical tape on the bulbs and zip tied them somewhere safe. just make sure you dont turn the fogs on, itll most likely melt the tape off if the bulb gets hot.

its easy.
-jack up the car
-remove wheel
-remove wheel well
-remove fog light and secure it away
-remove the fog and grill assembly by pushing away the tabs holding it in place
-install the new bracket
-install the outer trim cover
-install wheel well and wheel
done.
