Swissvax'ed: Silver Porsche 993 Turbo With Zuffenhausen Wax
Porsche 993 Turbo
This car was deeply in need of some serious TLC... It had been kept at a vacation home, and hadn't seen proper care by an experienced professional in YEARS! you'll see in the before pictures... obviously whoever detailed this car previously didn't know not to get wax all over black plastic parts . Anyways, this car received our Initial Swissvax Treatment on the exterior, along with a full cleansing and protection of the Interior (Sorry no pics, I finished the interior too late to take adequate pictures.) We finished off the exterior with Swissvax Zuffenhausen wax, blended specifically for Porsche paint. Here's how she looked before... Sonax Full Effect doing it's job... Cleaning all the hard to reach areas The brake calipers were seriously faded. We treated them along with the wheels woth Swissvax Cleaner Fluid Regular and Autobahn wax. Before and After Swissvax Seal Feed The Icing on the Cake After! That's All for that one! Thanks For Looking! Total Time elapsed: 12 hours (exterior and interior combined) Here's a list of the products used on this job: -P21s TAW -1Z Blitz -1Z W99 -1Z Windscreen -Sonax Full Effect -#0000 Steel Wool Swissvax: -Car Bath -Engine -Protecton -Seal Feed -Engine Shine -Paint Rubber (Yellow) -Quick Finish -Cleaner Fluid Regular by Hand -Zuffenhausen Porsche wax -Nano Express -Cleaner Fluid Regular -Autobahn PTFE Wax (Wheels) -Pneu Glossy -Waschpudel -Black Puck Applicator -Black wax applicator -Micro-Absorb (Red) -Micro-Polish (Blue) -Micro-Fluffy -Pneu Brush -Detail Brush -Wheel Brush -Metal Polish Thanks! You do really great work. As a photographer I can say that your post editing is very distracting and misleading from your actual work. It is difficult to tell just how much better it is with your high contrast.
You should shoot all photos before and after and upload straight from camera. Then take some artsy ones at a later time or keep them separate. I know you do great work but the editing makes it seem like you're either trying to hide something, or make it look better than it actually is. Keep up the good work. If youre ever near Philly I want my car done! |

geez, first time I ever edit pictures and i can't get a break The before and after pictures were treated equally in Aperture, so i figured it was fair? i just wasn't happy with how these pics came out, they were wayyy to dark straight off the camera and it didn't do the job justice. all i did was remove the shadows (an option in aperture) to show more detail in the pictures, because it was way too dark, and a lot was not at all visible.
