No vacuum at oil cap

I recently did a spark plug change and happened to notice that there is absolutly no vac at the oil cap while motor is running, also have low vacuum reading on my boost guage at idle. i was thinking could this be a clogged pcv as i do have about 58k all of which have been tuned also have the bms occ. Car runs fine tho a little ruff idle but i think I have to reset adaptations for it to be A++
I stumped...

With that mileage .... Highly probable it's something to do with the Pcv ...

I have 56k. I was wondering could it be a leak at the dvs i have forge and that is where my boost guage is tapped. But that would mean that I'm leaking boost also. I'm just trying to mel over all possible culprits

went outside to start the car just now and had erratic idle, half engine, and blinking ces. turned it off then restarted had the same issue except now it was back firing. turned it off again then restarted it now sounded a little better so i gave it a few revs and it stopped all issues, but you can hear minor hiccups/misfires in the exhaust. My next step will be to disconnect the battery to reset the dme and see what happens

Sorry this is just off topic but when you say you are going to try and reset adaptations, do you mean resting adaptations on the JB4? What adaptations are you talking about when you say your going to reset adaptations? I know unplugging the battery resets the DME and all of those adaptations but not sure what you are referring to....

Mine is usually around -21 as read off of a P3 vent gauge that's tapped into a vacuum line (not reading via can bus).
