I have been running with major overboost on both stock and MHD Tuning with my 2011 e90 N55 335i. It has been determined that it is a mechanical issue. I am looking for some expert insight as to what I should be looking at to fix this issue?

I just did the following:

Replaced Diverter Valve(it was worn)

O2 Sensor

Spark plugs

What would be causing this massive Overboost issue that I am having?

Solenoid lines crossed?

Something is physically keeping the waste gate closed?

Interestingly enough, I do not get the Overboost Code. Infact, I have no codes of any kind at all.
