Yes, but 245 is large for a 8 inch wheel. Not completely insane, but not recommended.
check with the calculator that the 245/40 are not too far off in terms of overall diameter, compared to whatever sidewall aspect you are currently running. Less than 1% difference is preferred. |

Tires are too big, especially the 40 profile, I'd get 235/35/19.

Wheels are fine. Tires need to be 235/35 profile.
