Did you buy the car new? There is a sticker on the window that will tell you the HP. Stock numbers can be found readily on dragtimes.com, edmunds, MT, etc and in the sticky thread right above this labled Dragtimes. There is no need to say 335i TT since 335i is by definition a twin turbo N54.

ok the car is auto with stick built in. pretty much like new 07 8,000miles. fully loaded i think they said it was 300hp the car has twin turbos. everything is 100% stock full leather 4door.

what would this run 1/4 stock the way it is?

what is the stock boost on these cars as well?

answer his questions....

probably a 13.3-13.5 stock....your car is an inline 6 w/ twin turbos and probably has around 320-330hp in actuality. A simple tune will give you anywhere from 50-75hp depending on the tune. With the tune its a 12 second car no questions, especially w the auto which has been proven to be faster and more repeatable.

Stock boost is around 7-8psi.

----------------------------------------------------

you all take more time to be smartasses than just answering the mans questions............/rant

You would be surprised, i ran into a guy that just bought a new 328i and was like we should race, i told him that i would destroy him because my car is a 335 and he asked me whats a 335... Then he tells me that the dealer sold him a 328 and never mentioned to him that there is a 335 so he thought its either 328 or M3... Can you imagine how pissed he was when i did a 2nd gear pull against him

if I was him I would go right back to that dealer and slap the keys on his desk and BITCH. they probably had a 328 on the lot but no 335's, so he pushed it.

I think thats what he's doing

now me, I research the hell out of things i'm about to purchase and typically know much more than the salesman trying to pitch me when I actually show up to purchase the item....I always find that annoying. I just want the salespeople to shut up and take my money.

Thats how i do it! Except when i got the 335, i researched as much as i could but back in late 06 there wasnt too much info on the car, just kind of rolled the dice and came out lucky...

Most welcome

You still need to correct one item in your signature.....its an inline 6, not an inline V6.

inlinev6... thats funny. its a inline AND a V.
correct it to inline6(I6) not both. and just to clarify 1 thing just in case, there are no V4 engines, only Inline4(I4)
