Wish me luck. Just waiting to down to theatre. They've just given me 30 mg of tamazioan to settle me. Not long now.

All back home now! Six weeks in a cast, then a 'footballers' boot as they call it, and I can start putting some weight on it!
Spoke with my insurers yesterday and can drive once, I get the nod from the surgeon - Obviously automatic only!
