So a few days ago a code popped p30ff. Cleared it and couldn't get it to come back but on stg2+fmic I was maxing at 14psi and on stock only 4psi. Still now throwing any codes. Check all the vacuum lines and canister. Then smoked tests everything up to 18psi with no leaks at all. Now I'm lost as to where to look now?

You need to underboost for over 3 seconds to throw a 30FF.

Just cause you have no leaks doesn't mean your not underboosting. You could have bad boost solenoids or sticky wastegates.

So no codes but you are still saying your low on boost?

It's probably best to throw up a datalog.

Ideally, 3rd gear, WOT from 2500 to redline.

Yea won't go over 4psi on stock maps and 14psi on stg2+fmic. Don't have my laptop with my and cars at my friends shop right now.

I have a similar issue running Cobb. I threw an underboost code once a month ago but haven't thrown anything since. I'm only hitting about 14psi on Cobb stage 2+ when I check my logs for req boost vs mean boost it seems to be hitting where its supposed to but when I was first running it on stage 1+ it was hitting 18.5.

if no leaks than probably either boost solenoid shot or wg issue. i bet on the solenoid.

Sorry for me me being stupid but I dont know what the waste gate is. I think I have low boost dont see any leaks. I dont know how to check the boost pressure. My engine is making a louder noise above 3000rpm. The one mechanic said its one of the injectors but I doubt it. No smoke at all. Everything sounds good if accelerating slowly. When accelerating hard its a bit lazy and the engine noise is much louder

The car is standard didnt tune anything. I dont like messing around with it. It has enough power as it is. I changed fuel filter,oil,coolant, brake fluid, air filter. The damper pulley stripped and the power steering pump broke. Replaced everything with genuine bmw parts. I might not have bleeded the cooling system perfectly.

When the engine is cold it doesnt have the noise. Pulls like a train in lower gears. The longer you drive the noise gets worse.
