Dig through this thread. There's a bunch of pics scattered through it (of the LUX). I couldn't be happier with my LUX H8 AE's. |

Yes, RD LED's suck...I installed them and then sold them immediately.
LUX H8 appears to be the way to go, many satisfied customers.. |

Hey Ron - lighten up on JP - I think he is providing excellent information (just as the OP asked) and I would have to agree that day time comparisons are very important in this case. I wouldn't go as far as saying your comparison pics are horrible but it's also important to do a day light comparison as well.

Here are some shots of the AngeliBright kit that we sell. This is 100% plug and play, and installs in about 5 minutes per side. Also there is absolutely no dimming once the headlights are turned on:
Daytime Pic: Pay close attention to uniform brightness between inner and outer rings. Im torn....I want brightness but I just cant justify the price diff between LUX h8 and weisslicht, what I have considered to be the brightest for the buck, and P&P.
IMO, I want whatever the new 5GT has on it. Saw one the other day as I was passing nearby the local dealer....looked friggen sweet...made me turn my head thats for sure! |

I don't get why you're posting this. OP's post says he's not satisfied with how his RD AE's look, which leads me to believe that he knows what they look like in the first place.
And just to contribute, OP, if you don't go with OSS, the next best alternatives seem to be AngeliBrights and Lux H8's. I personally have the Lux H8's and think they're great. |

Hold on...you said that you think Lux is the best. And someone else says that OSS is the best and everything else is shit. All im trying to say is that it really matters on what you like and straight up pictures don't do anything for the lights. They look good on the screen but in real life they are completly different. So the next time someone posts a new thread saying I want new AE's tell him hey I have these and here are pics of them installed on my car. Don't give him bullshit pics from the pepople that make them or vendors that sell them that take the pics and edit them so they can look "bright" under the sun and people buy them. And don't say that a specific product is shit. Every experience is diffrent.
PEACE! |

OSS kit would be the best but you would have to ship out your headlight assembly to Florida to get the work done and its not cheap but it looks really really good. LUX 8 would be the next best thing. When I got mine install couple days ago from Long, it looks sick. Brighter than I thought. Even Long said LUX is the best plug and play LED angel eyes upgrade.
