There are 2 choices I think:

or

2. image + word art

inside static vinyl would be the best choice, easily removed and durable

Updated list of operating procedures...

What about some kind of sticker we put on our license plate (in the corner) or even near the plate (kind of like the dealer's shield) I assume everyone knows what I'm talking about
