Very fast and helpful email response(s) from Terry. Even answered some stuff that he really did not have to. That is of course why I upgraded to the JB4, just waiting for it to arrive any day now.

I was sold on Cobb until I heard about Terry's customer service, and that's what got me to look further into other tunes. He is prompt and helpful. So anyone who may be worried about customer support for this particular tune need worry no more!
