Need some advice on a this 335i

So I'm looking to buy a 335i. Found this one, and need some advice, from the experts here.

What I know about the car. It needs new tires. A really good cleaning inside and out. The windows seem to have like water drops everywhere or something along those lines. I have also noticed that the driver side headlight, the main light doesn't work, might be a bad ballast?

So if anybody has any thoughts on this one please do share. Any imput would be great.

^^^^haha well I was going to say overpriced by about 4k barring no major issues. But then it has no navigation, gray interior which looks dirty as hell, a broken headlight and possibly covered with hard water spots. Also it has been modded, and who knows how much. Im guessing from the GOTMH8TN plate, the sticker, and the BOV that this car was raced around. Don't think some peabody milk toast drove this car.

"WARRANTY THRU: 5/2013 OR 100K MILES 2007 BMW 335i twin turbo inline 6 3.0 L 300 HP 300 ftlb tq just turned 26k miles 20% Tint Active autowerkes BOV Rear fog lights Comfort Access System Heated front seats power seats with lumbar support $27,999 FIRM!!!! Loaded except NAVI VERY VERY FUN TO DRIVE AND FAST!!!!! A real head turner. "

Yeah. No deal dude!....

I'd buy it... If it was 4-5 k less. I'm not really worried about the modded part since it does have warranty til 100k...

Engine mod = voided warranty the moment you take it to BMW for service.

Plus the car is way over priced. Enough said.

What would be the right price to pay for a beauty like this?

I agree with everything said above; you may also want to ask him (if you're strongly considering it) why he wants to get rid of a car that is such a 'fast... head turner'

You'll find the right one, even if this one isn't it.

Good luck!

I asked something along those lines, and got a response that he wants another 335i but a convertible.

And the sucks...

Yeah... The AA add-on is, albeit stereotypically, a dead giveaway. Don't buy. Keep looking and be patient. I got my 09 335i E92 with 8K (odo) for 29.5K.

You'll find your perfect vehicle. Trust me.
