I agree. An item promoted as "performance" and "ultimate" and "luxury" should work better than those other typical ones.
A loaner yet, and I would demand that it be at least equivalent to what you have or better, unless they give you a unique special model, which could be cool too.

I guess this is what starts to happen when yuppies take to certain things. They ruin it cause they don't take the time to appreicate it, they just want to use it and not take care of it properly.
A real enthusiast would take care of it just like Ward, at least he's doing to have a pro look into the "problem".
