Do it man, I believe in being fair, you can wait couple of days for tracking number cause lets face it, anything is possible, run out of time, got occupied by something, last moment emergency. That can be easily explained and most of us would understand and have no problem with it. BUT this guy, giving you some fake tracking number??? It sounds like he had no intention of sending you the items at all. Or, now here I don't know how long you have to wait for the paypal to get your money out from the account, but maybe he is waiting for that to happen before you get your items just in case you realize something is odd from what you have seen on the pictures and what he has send you. In any case, You have the full right to get your money back and I really hope Paypal will help you in here. Good luck

Not a big deal. Its a PITA that you have to go through the process but in the end he is the one who will pay the price.
You'll get your money back and he will get a $20-$40 fee for wasting PayPal's time with this case.

If he does this all the time he must just get hammered with these resolution fees! Good for him - I mean not him but rather the piece of s***!

What a dbag

Good idea to have FS sticky of blacklisted bad sellers/buyers.

Probably also a good sticky for good sellers/buyers.
Really just to provide some piece of mind to the contra-participant when making a transaction.

I am somewhat new to this forum and don't know if the capability is built into itrader, but all I can say is I and likely others would appreciate the added pre-deal intelligence.

That is what iTrader is for. You can leave ratings as well as comments on a deal. No need for stickies.
