Help with loose exhaust bracket bolt

Loose exhaust bracket makes trembling/rattle noise when the engine is idle or on low rpms. It's the very rear bracket that holds the muffler on. It has came lose causing a rattle and I nor a local non-BMW shop has this "star like" socket to fit the screw for tightening. Does anyone know the size and style socket needed to tighten it? A standard 8mm socket comes close to fitting, but slips. Would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Can't see the bolt real well, but it might well be a Torx bolt, maybe E12 or E14 (guessing).

You should be able to get sockets to fit these from Sears or decent auto parts stores. I needed an E14 to do a wheel bearing/hub on my wifes (non-BMW) car a few weeks ago.
