Question Coolant Leak, Can't Find Where?!?!

Hello,
My wifes coworker noticed a blue spot in the snow under her car, E90 328xi, so when she got home I looked and yes. it is coolant. So today I took off the cover underneath and it was 100% dry.
So I warmed the car up with a short drive around the neighborhood and checked underneath again. Nada.
Sooo, I went out for a 20 minute jaunt to insure the car was up to full temp. Got underneath when I got home and saw the drip.
It's pooling up on the little cover thats on the outside (like under the fog light). But I can't see where it's coming from. I checked all the hoses on that side and they're all connected and in good shape. I can't really see the radiator too much but what I can see looks good.

Anyone had thos little pool up of coolant in that spot?

Thanks,
Allan

if i am not mistaken, that area near fog light is very close to the radiator drain plug. on my 06 e90 there is a drain plug on each side of radiator. You have to take off all the under panel to see the drain plug. GL.

I'm talking more towards the outside of the radiator though.

Ok, I found the leak but I have NO idea what this part is.
It's under the headlight but above the fog light against the front of the bumper.
The coolant coming out of it is cool even when the engine is fully warmed up.

Any idea WTF this thing is?

I was thinking that but it smells like coolant. I've even stuck my nose in the windshield washer fluid neck and that smells more ammonia where this smells more sweet. Plus it's all the way at the front bumper.

ARG! Thanks BMW for making your coolant the same color as windshield washer fluid. Thats it! I'm using the Rain-X stuff thats orange.

It's washer fluid leaking from the headlight washer. BMW's coolant is really a very dark blue, while washer fluid is generally light blue.
