Help With Diverter Valve Line!!

Hey guys so long story short I just picked up my 07 335i e92 a few months ago it needed the turbos replaced( i was told from seller) car is in limp mode now and has been since day one , after I replaced pretty good turbos with new ones turns out car had turbos replaced at 40k miles with the recall warranty. Anyways I installed a BMS charge pipe and I have no idea where the vacuum line goes comeing from the 2 diverter valves????

There's a tiny small nipple LOOKING thing that the line look like it goes to on the side of the intake manifold but it's way to small to hold a line in place secure, I've seen pics online and most people's looks like there going behind the intake manifold, I've had my hand behind There trying to feel for a nipple to attach the line to but can't feel nothing.. here's a pic

Any help would be nice I can hear a boost leak when I turn the car off

Tried to upload pics but not working from my iPhone but it's the line that comes from the two diverter valves, there's a line that connects them both then comes out into one line where's it go??

It needs to go to the intake manifold like you say. If it does'nt fit the nipple then the nipple probably broke and you have to drill it out and tap a new one
