Car comes with additional all OEM parts - front bumper
It is smogged and registered newly but with the new sale owner is responsible for smog. I will have to put back the OEM DP's to pass smog (pricy)

Car "never" been in to an accident - however I did sled on ice in the parking lot of a motel and damaged the right side light and the fender cracked, which they all have been changed with brand new ones. (was going to make a left turn and car just sled in to the car parked in front) (no speed)

- did track the car in 2 Autocrosses here in Oakland.
- maybe 3x at 3/4 mile events. Best run 11.9s with 100 octane.
- Never Dyno but I strongly believe is upper 400hp.
- Car has some minor scratches ('08)
- Fenders are pulled
- Interior great condition
- Comes with a roof rack for ski/snowboard or 2 bikes (black powder coated - Best on the market)

Car drives and feels amazing. It's manual so you feel the nice kick while shifting
The clutch holds hard and grabs like nothing else. (not fun in super long traffic)
The AWD is unbelievable on lances w/o losing grip unlike the RWD.
This car smokes a tuned E92 M3 (non supercharged) any time.
Suspension is solid but not uncomfortable on bumpy roads.
Great snow car with the right tires.

KBB is $14000 asking same with shit loads of great components.

The only reason I sale the car is because I got a dog which comes with me everywhere and I end up not driving this car anymore.
I have other larger vehicles that I use and this is just collecting dust in the driveway since a while.
