Pure Stage 1 and 100% E85
Hello all,
I just ordered Pure Stage 1, DV and inlet pipe. I will do stage 2 later down the road. I have the stage 2 lpfp. I currently run e60 on the stock turbo, if I run 100% e85 on the Pure Stage 1 will there be any gains other than lowers temps? I would get the TBI or PI to reach 100% e85. Thanks!

Probably not very much to gain. Stock and stage one max out around E50. Anything over than is just for safety of having enough octane. If you plan to get a stage 2 down the road make aure you get PI of TBI.

Your fuel system isn't going to keep up. Stage 1 will need more flow than the stock to keep up due to the increased air flow. I have never seen any gains over E30 (when mixed with 93). You won't be able to do 100% E85 without TBI or PI.

8 gallons if it is true E85 and you are mixing with E10 (which in the US almost all gas is E10).

I'm stating 10 gallons is what I used to make E50 for my tune since E85 near me is really E70 and in the winter it begins to fall to E50ish. Better to have more than less is my saying to be safe.
