Aiming your Headlights

how does one get around to adjusting the correct height for the xenons? after i got it lowered, i raised the beam..its shines fine now, but i keep thinking to myself that its kinda high...is there a specific distance that i should measure from and a particular height? or should i just base it back on people flashing me...cause no one has flashed me yet...but when i switch to my high-beams, they shine like literally into the trees...

idk i guess its all personal preference. lolz if ur high beams are shining in the trees, then maybe you should lower them just a bit.

It's not a matter of personal preference, there is a law for the proper aiming of headlights. Look at the adjusting headlights thread in the DIY compilation thread, it will tell you what to do.

I was wondering the same thing. I am going to pull mine out tomorrow and see if you can adjust it by pulling out the back plate. I don't think it can be done without removing them.

Itīs supposed to be like that to not blind oncoming traffic, and allow you to see further at the side of the road, where you can't blind traffic.

All cars are that way.

I just looked at mine, there is one adjusting point that I can see. It is right behind the light housing and on a slight angle. It's the typical kind that you work with a #2 phillips.
