Found this thread over at E46fanatics.com, only skimmed it so I am not opining on fraud or not, but thought 335is buyers might also search here and should be made aware:

Even allowing for ignorance about what qualifies as a 335is, the seller appears to be misrepresenting the extent of previous damage, so buyer beware.
