Nope, these are almost brand new and have barely any signs of being used.

These would be perfectly square on a 9" wide rim.

Only as an FYI, and not to nitpick, but 9/32 is considered 87% tread left, not 95%. 10/32 is brand new, 2/32 is the legal limit, so there's only 8/32 of usable tread on a brand new tire at the most. 9/32 less 2/32 means there's 7 out of 8/32 of usable tread left.

I found out about all this when needing to replace one tire under warranty.
