New Guy in town. Unfortunate events though....
Hey all.
Just picked up a 2009 328i on Saturday for 24800 before trade-in, tax and all that goodness. It's CPO with 43000 miles. Jet Black on Saddle Brown. Premium Package, Cold Weather, Convenience Package, Nav, Adaptive Xenons, Sat/HD Radio, 17in wheels. It's a beaut, well it was at least. That is until less than 48 hours later when I hit a dear. It's only cosmetic; hood, left fender, bumper, left headlight and left headlight washer nozzle. Nothing internal thankfully. So now I'm driving a 2011 Versa and I feel like a limp d@(k! It's whatever. Just waiting for the adjuster to go look at it which is taking forever. Collision center at the dealership has already orders parts for me so at least they're on top of things. Well for the short amount of time I've had it its been awesome. Coming from a 02 325i it's like I have a brand new car. Anyways here's some pics. Good and bad. Sorry to hear about the accident...at least you weren't hurt and its only cosmetic stuff that has to be fixed.
make sure to come back with some pics after you get everything fixed.

Time to get an mSport front bumper!.... Glad you're ok. Sorry to hear about the mishap, you'll be all fixed and better than new in no time!

Not to make fun of the event but it's pretty funny that you are located "where the roads are smooth." Where I live there are potholes everywhere...I guess the downside of having smooth roads is deers running around

sounds like a good time to get an m-front conversion that insurance could pay for.

I think they may have ordered the bumper already though. Not a big deal. I like the stock one. It's not that much different anyways. If I did do it I would want the back one to match too.
