Post your 2012 Lease Deal
I figured I would start this since it's almost 2012 and there are not many 2011's cars left.
My deal is a on 2012 335i coupe Msport 6MT BSM/Coral with Nav Sticker price is 53,235 Lease is 689 a month tax in 0 total out of pocket 12k miles a year for 36 months I think I did okay. |

I got a 328xi Coupe 12k/36 months so take that for what it's worth...
MSRP - $50,525 Sale Price - $46,172 Paid $1900 at signing for dmv fees, doc fees, bank acq, etc Monthly - $484 w/ $3150 in multiple securities - $445 a month I actually had a deal fall thru last second for $50,775 sticker at $423 w/ 7 MSDs |

They discounted the car 9 k because it was just sitting on the lost for months. I picked it up during the mission to drive event and got a pretty sweet deal on the lease.

Yea looks like his was a 2011; however I got quoted for a 2012 335xi, $56K sticker, for $475 a month with 7 MSDs, $2000 at signing which includes 1st payment, bank acq, doc fees, dmv fees, etc, I think it was $521 without MSDs. The thing was I was able to use customer loyalty and the holiday rebates. Of course the car was sold when I tried to get it and they had no more, but you lose out on the programs now that it's after Jan 3 so not sure what deals are going on out there now.

Leased my 2012 335i m sport black metallic, red coral interior with an MSRP of $55,125 for $620 (includes tax) with $2,500 drive-off. 36 months and 12k miles/year.
