i Springs on xi- Any Long Term Reviws?

I've been trying to research this for awhile and it seems like there are no real good reviews on swapping other stock springs onto an xi. It looks like it fell out of style as an idea with the new options that are out there.

So, is there anybody who has installed other BMW springs onto their xi that would be willing to share their thoughts or any pics?

I am in the middle of this right now. I purchased D3, D7 springs and got zsp shocks struts too. Well the front shocks do not work and D7 raised car. So don't do what I did. I put sport shocks on rear with D3 and its perfect. So I had to find some front D4 springs which I should have shortly and then I purchased all 4 koni yellows. So we will see what happens

How many fingers can you fit in between the fender and tire in the front? I'm just trying to gauge the drop in front. Any pics?

Can you post them? Or, can we exchange emails and can you send to me? Curious to see what the D4 springs can do.
