Do i qualify for california lemon law?

Hey guys i need some opinions.
I had my car for a month and 4 days, we bought it CPO with 34k miles on it. Within that month i bought it into the dealer twice, first is only after 500 miles of driving, the car had low oil, then after 1000 miles the car was leaking tranny fluid so they replaced the mechatronics/tranny sleeve. I am going to the dealer tomorrow because when i started my car this after noon crank took about 4-5 seconds and it was idle roughly and under 500 rpm for the first 3 seconds, i think it might be HPFP. What do you guys think?

i believe it is for 3 occurences of the same problem... generally... but do a couple searches... you will find what you are looking for...

I don't think so. It has to be the same problem multiple times. And not sure if it would be different for a used/CPO car.

Yo dude, CA only has a lemon law that applies to new vehicles, not used. However, there is limited coverage available under the law for used vehicles, but you'd have to consult a lawyer who specializes in the matter.

Thanks guys if the problems do occur more often i will def. consult a lemon law attorney. I almost forgot that i had to have my AE bulbs replaced on week 2. Im really not impressed with BMWs quality recently, thats a major factor why we sold our 1 year old E70 X5 4.8i.
