UPDATE

Late update. So the insurance ended up totaling my car Friday June 28th. Before the 28th i was under investigation for fraud since around my last update here. they took phone records, text messages records, bank statements, recent service records and bmw financial records. From the until around July 8th it was a lot arguing with the insurance back and forth about what I thought my precious car was worth. So after all the headaches and my insurance (state farm) taking forever on everything like the investigation to just paying me for the loss.

Well then I went to look for a new car. I tried every type of car company. But still most didn't compare to the 335i but one. This car put a smile on my face the whole test drive. It was a 2013 subaru sti. I know this is in a different category but man the rawness of this car is fun. I will definitely miss the torque and the interior. The BMW is by for more luxurious but the overall feel makes it really fun. To most it's a definite downgrade but the car made me happy and it's still putting a smile on my face.

What a bunch of scums!

It pisses me off that BMW chose to have anti-theft alarms as an option on a $40k car! I'm guessing yours isn't equipped with that option?

what.. the... hell..

did you have m3 mirrors or oss headlights or an aftermarket intake? they really look like they knew what they were aiming for... that's crazy scary.. one of the worst break ins ive seen
