Don't ruin a possible fix Mr. Grumpy!

Given my idling issue I think it's worth a try though. They also told me that they recommend a spark plug change every 12K miles.

My stock brakes are Plenty fine. Remember they are directly taken from the legendary M3 CSL.

So I would rather keep the HT-10s for when I progress even more.

You are the one saying "Baby steps" aren't you?

Without me asking, (because I forgot to ask) while doing the alignment, they took the liberty to adjust the camber setting to the max they can without purchasing components. Pulling pins I think? I can notice the difference just by looking at the wheels.

Wipers is maximum once a year. So no questions asked. He offered. Mine were starting to streak. But I think I could have "cleaned" them with some stuff.

Oh and Anthony... Yes new stock brake pads on my car are insanely thick.
well my pads are probably going to be done after about 30k kms on it... so i am not getting that much more life out of them compared to you. but my question was whether you were throwing that 'light' yet? as far as i know, they wont change it unless we get that stupid light on the dash that tells us that brake service is due.

by the way, the hawks did quiet down a little after the few sessions at icar yesterday...theyre a little quieter now. maybe 30% quieter than before (even when cold).

I missed the 50% off sale on Miserables, and decided not to go on principle. :P

Neat vid. Just goes to show that no matter how modded out your car is, if you suck at cornering (or, at least, are worse than the guy behind), then you can flap your paddles all you want, you'll get passed like a baby.

It's for the wifey. She needs a car to scoot around here and there, and mine is in a different country most of the day (Dorval) now.

So I am trying to see if I can get a good deal on a S or a JCW. :P

Not that you were thinking of tracking it from time to time As this car can handle curves more than you can imagine !

Not criticizing anymore, as Anthony keeps reminding me of his Hero driver forgot his name. (Just like a woman does, there's no memory delete!)

There was a 50% off sale for members of the PdA addicts club or something like that. My mom is in that club, and they get these for some shows. I procrastinated until last minute, at which point the only seats I could get were in row Z, so I said forget it (Hvorostovsky, the previous 50% off sale, was way better - we were in row K or something).

Well, of COURSE I was not thinking of tracking it. You obviously need a JCW-tuned engine to scoot around. How could you doubt that? The expressed needs for finding a car were very clear: it must be red, or yellow, and it must have a white roof so that I can paint a Japanese flag (or a tomato, depending on your geographic knowledge) on it. Preferably with white or black stripes on the hood. The hidden needs is what I excel at determining - which is why I am convinced she needs an LSD, a JCW-tuned engine, a sport suspension and a manual gearbox. And a harman-kardon system.

Men should not buy cars for women.

Try for a last minute 50% off sale. That has happened in the past as well.
