Please Help

For the last week my clock has been reseting and my alarm has been acoing funny, 2 days ago i parked my car went to the store came back and my car wouldnt start e90 328i NO power what so ever NOTHING, took the car to the dealer with my subs in the trunk (I KNOW STUPID MOVE). they voided my warrenty i thoight it would be my batt but its not my voltage reads 12.4, do u guys have any clue what the problem might be please help, thank you very very much.

Wow, they voided your warranty for adding a sub? I didn't know they could/would do that... which dealer was this?

New Century Alhambra Ca, they wanted to charge me 385 for new batt and 485 to run dianostics i told them ok just do it the service rep told me that they knew it wasnt the batt that there was another problem theb i tild them rheb why did they want to chabge the batt they were contrudicting what they were saying the whole time i got pissed and towed the car to by friends repair shop they worked on the car yesterday for about an hour and didnt cm up with any solutions we know its not the batt. Becouse the voltage is 12.6. Sorry for the typos im typing all this on my phone

Is that how you have your amp to the sub wired? If it is and you can't regain power in the car then I can definitely tell you it's the fuse in the distribution block. You need a new one, about $70. Fix your wiring first though, it's obviously bad.
