ADVAN has a new toy
Hi all
It has taken me 3 months to find this thing, but the search has been worth it. I came across an add for a 135 coupe in carsales as by this time i was looking at all sorts, followed the promps to Carfind Solutions then there stock list, i could not believe my eyes here is a 335 E92 07 done 9100km for $64900 this i had to see. I have looked at a shit load of cars by this time low ks high ks there is always something wrong, the body is coverd in car park dents or the trim is knocked around so i did not expect to see something very special boy O boy was i wrong. So off we went got lost more than once trying to find the place pissed of 30min later found this little drive way in Rose Bay walked up to this old building looks like an old Post Office. i am thinking here we go another mint car thats NOT. Then there it was out side in the sun beside this Post Office, SHIT this thing is mint had a quick talk to Sol the broker he through me the keys and said have a look. Well i have been around cars for 45 years and i am blown away, how the hell can a car survive for 4 odd years in the city and not have a mark on it. I walked around the car 4 or 5 times looking for a dent or a defect i am in shock this thing is mint, i opened the doors, boot, and hood i cant fault it, the speedo shows 9120km and it all checks out. its had two services, never had kids in it and the lady owner is 68. Never been over 4000rpm What a find. How can you hammer the price for something so good , i know what she payed for it as Sol sold it to her new. So after a chat with my darling wifee she said get it. so payed the man $64500 and drove it home We have a grin from ear to ear what a lovely motor car. Such a shame to thrash it BUT I WILL but i will be gentle If you are looking for a nice car call Sol Silver @ Carfind he only sells quality stuff www.carfindsolutions.com.au nice guy. i drive
Had an issue today when moving all the cars out side from the workshop, when it came to my car all started up ok but the i drive screen would not move from the accept mode and the park sensor would not work.
I thought here we go what now, well i played around for while drove it around the block pushed this and that NO GO shit Then the phone rang while i was on the phone i was unloading my pockets with keys BMW fobs. After the call i went back to the car and moved it out side shit now it was all good and working fine, it seems that the mix of key fobs in my pocket had caused the problem |

Congrats Pete. I'll be expecting a cool 350rwkw out of that baby by April. Or is that not enough time for you? What to see your own turbo setup on this N54.

the toy
Thanks guys
Havent done anything yet but i am picking up a complete rear end from an E92 M3 this weekend, so when there is time i will do the swap. i think for our target power we need more than the stock diff and half shafts I will start a new thread when we start the project so everyone can look on the boys at work are all looking foward to the project, We will start from stock with some dyno work and the WSID drag day this will be a good bench mark. let the fun begin |
