Insurance failed at painting my bumper

Long story short I got rear ended and I go get my rear bump fixed and I don't know why I didn't notice when I first got it back but he painted the black part to color match the car. (M-Sport)

I noticed he requested a new bumper from insurance but told me he fixed it rather than change it so obviously he pocketed some cash in the process. I'm going to go talk to him but can I get some feedback or perhaps someone who was in a similar situation.

Insurance fraud. Nice. Don't let that guy run away with this.

I own a collision shop, and that definitely is shady business practices. Ask for invoices from the repair shop and contact your insurance company. Unless this was a "direct repair facility" you shouldnt have to fight too hard to get everything straightened out.

I went back to him and complained and he fixed it free of charge but he repainted it again a darker black, and honestly I thought it looked better than it is stock so I decided to keep it rather than go through an endless process with the insurance and I talked him into painting my grills. ill upload a pictures asap! I may have a picture before I got it fixed but its on my home computer and im currently in class. Honestly he does good work when it comes to fixing/repainting but he clearly is in it to profit as much as he can. As for my muffler/exhaust it was not touched, the only other damage was one of my parking sensors popped out which sucked because either I leave it plugged in and it goes off like crazy or I unplug it which deactivates all the other sensors.

The idiot had a 2013 328i sedan (non m-sport) at his shop and he tells me "I thought I was doing you a favor thats how all the new BMWs are" I cant even comment about how mentally challanged this man is.
