wierd color/haze on hood.

i havent been able to fully detail the car but i did manage to properly wash, clay and protect for now. the hood has a wierd color shift/ghost i cant seem to figure out. ill try and take a pic. the best way to explain it is
-theres a darker area,nothing uniform.
-yellow pad-105 followed by orange pad-205 makes zero difference.

right now im using the rest of my meguirs 16 wax. im sure theres prob something better, suggestions that dont cost a crapton of money?

Poor Boys Natty Blue or Red depending on color of car. On sale now at DI it's under $20.
Collonite 845 if protection is key and don't mind a hybrid and liquid it's under $20 as well.

#16 is not a bad wax for the price IMO. Longevity is not that great though.
