Tar marks on car

Well it's not a bimmer but its my bros vw what's best way to get that out ?

Dawn dish soap (just on that spot, then seal again after cleaning whole car), clay bar, or any of the OTC bug and tar cleaners.

Tarminator for an OTC solution, but it comes in an aerosol can. TarX from Carpro is one of the best tar removers that is made.

Two great over the counter products are 3M Adhesive Remover and Tarminator.
