Complete fitment noob

Can anyone help me out. I know nothing about fitment and looking to buy a set of wheels. I’ve found 2 sets that catch my eye but don’t know how they would fit on my car. I have a 2008 328i. I’m not looking to roll fenders but I’m open to spacers. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Set 1) 18x9.5 +40 square

Set 2) 18x8.5 +30 18x9.5 +25

Set #2 would be the most ideal fitment. Set #1 will need spacers and some negative camber to clear your suspension/fenders.

Set #2 will be pretty much a direct fit with no issue.

I hope this helped!

Best,

- Max

For most drivers, we'd recommend 235/35-18 front and 255/35-18 rear tires for those sizes. These tires should be a direct fit with no spacers or other modifications required.

Would I be able to run 235/40/18 tires up front? Not many tire choices for 235/35/18

235/40-18 tires will work just as well.
