Unhappy Blown fuse? Please help me..

Ugh man, I hope someone can help...

So I have been installing one of these android headunits, all was going well until I seem to have some how managed to get the long yellow cable (I believe to go for persistent 12v from battery) to touch some of the metal frame of the car, and a little spark happened, now my headunit doesn't work, I have unplugged it and plugged back in the original headunit, but that isn't working either now, so I assume I have blown a fuse, but my car didn't have a fuse card and I can't work out for the life of me what fuse it will be, or if any and I've completely killed it....i hope not, anyone have any ideas? or idea on what fuse I need to look at? thanks..

Fuse on the Aftermarket head unit itself might be blown and/or
fuse in the car.

look for radio fuses in glove box.
