If you want to avoid the work of covering up the brake discs and other surrounding areas so that you can spray paint, purchase a G2 Brake Caliper Paint Kit and do it using the provided brush. There are instructional videos on Youtube. I did mine 4 yrs ago and the calipers are as good now as when I first done them.

So I started at about 11.30am and so far I've got one caliper off and disassembled, and 1st coat of paint.
I have no idea how you guys did the whole lot in a couple of hours. You must have had some super cleaning powers because my brakes still aren't clean and I've spent hours upon hours scrubbing, spraying and rinsing. |

Hey naynay, which caliper paint did you use, and where did you get it from??
All the caliper paints I could find were flat gloss in boring colours. Yours looks like a burnt orange metallic?? |

i used VHT auto paint and got it in gold. you dont have to use brake paint. u can just use any high heat enamel. i got mine from auto barn.

All the VHT paints I could find were shit
I ended up with VHT engine bay paint because i didn't like the other colours... turns out the engine bay paint is shit too |
