A good set up would be
19x8.5 et35 front
19x9.5 et 33 rears
If you plan on dropping your car
Then the rear wheels should no e from a et33 to about a 38et
That's in order for you to fit a 265 ser tire with absolutely no rubbing or modifications. Check out some of our wheel line ups at www.mrrwheels.com
All of our BMW wheels come hub centric and accepts both your factory center cap and lug bolts,
Let me know if you would like a package estimate and I can forward you to a Mrr wheels authorized dealer. Good luck !!

I'd love a package estimate. Also if you have an example of the setup as far as pictures of tires/rims on a e92 would be great.

A 19x8.5 ET35/19x9.5 ET33 should work just fine on your car with 235/35/19 front and 265/30/19 rear tires. No fender work required to make them fit and you shouldn't experience rubbing.
