2011 LCI E90 335i to M3 Bumper Swap Help
Good Day, Everyone!!
My AW E90 335i is in the body shop having the Front Bumper, grills and some supports fixed as someone backed into my car. So I figure that if I'm ever going to do anything to the front end, now is the time. I really like the way the M3 Front Bumper looks and I would love to do that. I've noticed that some shops/vendors have the M3 Bumper that will fit the E90 LCI 335i. But I'm also understanding that I can't just changed out the bumper, and that there is more to it than than. Can anyone direct me to the procedure and parts list that I would need to do this? Perhaps if someone made a thread detailing this? I've tried contacting a couple of the shops directly, but haven't received a reply yet. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!

Replica M3 bumper shouldn't require any extra parts. Just the bumper itself and the lower grilles/ducts/fog lights that should come with it.
OEM M3 conversion is the one that needs a ton of new parts (fenders, hood, headlights, etc etc).

You are stressing over nothing. This is the same one I installed on an E90LCI I had for a few months.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/M3-Style-W-P...FWJs5o&vxp=mtr and a Sponsor david@ikonmotorsports.com sells them too http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1202247

Final Product
OK. After MUCH stressing out over vendors & shops trying to sell me M3 Rep bumpers that they don't seem to carry in stock, I finally got lucky and was contacted by a shop that had them. (I will put up a post explaining details of the headache I went through). We got it on and painted, and apparently, there was no trimming needed and it fit right on. Still need a couple of minor adjustments for the hood (which was also replaced), but overall, I am VERY happy with the results.

Came out great! Should've opted for Mtech bumper though.

Thanks, guys.
I looked at the Mtech bumper, but liked the M3 bumper more. Something about the Mtech bumper just didn't look right to me.
