Idrive multiple address input
does the idrive have the ability for you to enter multiple addresses and once you reach one of the destinations it puts the next one in and so and so forth. i have a 2008 335 so it will be the older idrive...

Actually, the 2010 iDrive can do this, if you are asking what I think you are.
If you are navigating to a destination, and go back to the nav screen and input a new destination, it will give you the option of adding that to your current route, and then you can pick which place you'd like to go to first. I've done this a few times when doing house hunting trips, and when making a stop on the way home from work. Good luck. Chris

Btw, you're referring to "way points." My mom's RR Sport has this and it's really convenient. Like when you're driving through an unfamiliar area and are using the nav, you can set a gas station as a way point and then once you get there, the original destination or next way point is routed.
