Hey guys, I don't know if anyone has had this done because of the limp modes:

Inter. Fault Memory SYSTEM:

RECTANGRING
BEARING LEDGE EXHAUST
PROFILE GASKET
GASKET RING
DECOUPLING ELEMENT
R&I OR RPLC EXHAUST CAMSHAFT

Verified customer's complaint while road testing vehicle. Performed short test and interrogated fault memory in the DME. Found DME Exhaust VANOS, Mechnism and 3100 DME: Boost pressure BUILD-UP Prohibited.

Performed SIB 11 02 08: power reduction
INTAKE VANOS and/or Exhaust VANOS Camshaft
.......bla bla bla....

Basically, the SA told me they replaced the worn exhaust camshaft ledges and hooks...

Anyone else come across this?

Been there done that...and have the t-shirt, you're lucky they found this on your first visit, it took them 3 visits to perform that work....
