Cracked Alloys

I have just joined the forum and can add my name to the many who have suffered financially from the poor quality 19" alloys. BMW inspected the car recently and found 5 cracks in the o/s/r and 2 in the n/s/r. In addition the Bridgestone tyres on the rims have splits in them to the extent they are dangerous. This is the second set on the rear in less than 10,000 miles.
Has anyone in the forum considered a collective claim against BMW where the legal costs could be shared?
